We are pleased to announce that Planning Permission has been granted for our multi-generational housing scheme at Rutland St

The former NHS site which has been closed since 2016 will be redeveloped to provide 54 independent living apartments and 23 family homes in the Victoria Park area of St Helens. The site takes advantage of the adjacent historic Victorian parkland to create new homes set within mature landscaped surroundings.

The scheme received unanimous support from the planning committee, and we are looking forward to bringing this forward onto site in the coming year.
