A luxury retirement Living scheme for Adlington – the retirement living arm of Cheshire based Gladman Developments comprising 54 No 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments in Southport’s Alexandra Road.

John McCall Architects were appointed by the main contractor to develop the project from planning approval though technical and delivery stages.

The complex Multi pitched roof form was modelled using our ‘in-house’ BIM software to ensure interfaces of the varying planes were visualised and exchanged with specialist subcontractors to ensure swift delivery to site.
